It involves targeting your plan to a specific audience whether that be financial institutions, private investors, government agencies, or even yourself as a way of keeping a sharp focus on your business priorities. In this workshop, led by an industry expert, the process will be simplified as we outline the key components that make up a successful business plan. You will learn how to tailor your plan strategically and how to use research and easily accessible resources to make your case.
