About This Workshop
The first step in turning an idea into reality is to understand product management. Saying, "All I need is a tech team" is a bit like saying, "I want to construct a building from the ground up and all I need is a construction crew." There is a huge amount of work between the idea stage and the coding stage, and this workshop will help you understand what needs to be accomplished.

Jason Schwartz

Jason is a Product Manager who specializes in data and user acquisition. He is the VP of Product at Bounce Exchange, which is used to significantly increases conversion rates. He founded Matchbook, which was acquired. Matchbook is an iPhone app for remembering restaurants. Matchbook has been repeatedly featured by Apple, so you're in good hands. He has taught hundreds of product managers at General Assembly from startups and companies like American Express, TripAdvisor, MTV, Warner Music Group, and Ralph Lauren.
