<P><SPAN STYLE="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0); font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;">Jennifer began her career in Human Resources departments for privately held companies including OakwoodWorldwide and Dole (Pineapple) Corporation. Her experience recruiting and interviewing candidates as well as developing employee benefit packages and company cultural standards is the basis of her career coaching. Jennifer's love of art and design landed her a position as a Financial Analyst at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art where she was inspired by one of the curators to pursue a degree in design. She enrolled in a full-time Master's degree program at Parsons/The New School for Design in the study of Decorative Arts and Design History and upon graduation formed<A STYLE="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; vertical-align: baseline; text-decoration: none; outline: none;" HREF="http://damselsindesign.com/" TARGET="_blank" REL="nofollow nofollow">Damsels in Design</A>, an educational networking platform for emerging female designers. Jennifer's experience as a coach, public speaker, and entrepreneur do not stop there. She holds monthly accountability and goal-setting circles where women come together to share their accomplishments and overcome professional challenges. <P STYLE="text-align: left;"><SPAN STYLE="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"><SPAN STYLE="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0); line-height: normal;">Lucie Boshier is a writer from New Zealand living in New York City. She has been featured in numerous publications in New Zealand and the United States including Well + Good NYC, Women's Health and The NewZealand Herald, and spoke at the United Nations in 2010.</SPAN><SPAN STYLE="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0); line-height: normal;">As an established designer in Auckland, New Zealand, Lucie designed both ready-to-wear collections and haute couture for her eponymous boutique</SPAN><A STYLE="border: 0px; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline; outline: none;" HREF="http://lucieboshierlove.com/fashion/" REL="nofollow nofollow">LucieBoshier</A><SPAN STYLE="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0); line-height: normal;">before moving to New York in 2009. During this time Lucie gained national awareness for her uniquedesigns and her unconventional marketing campaigns.
