Currently, Katie is the Director of Business Development. She is widely regarded as the foremost expert on strengths based technology. Prior to StregthsInsight, Katie worked at Higher One, a financial services company that serves higher education institutions. At Higher One, Katie first started in Marketing developing word of mouth programs and then quickly found her niche in Client Operations leading the implementations of client services. Katie received her degree in Communications at Boston University.
