Sharon Schanzer has been an entrepreneur, client service professional, and business development maven for over 20 years. As a left and right-brained thinker and a doer, Sharon divides her time between consulting with client-centric technology and creative companies, helping them create world-class client service processes and teams, and running RLDGROUP (rldgroup.com), a multi-disciplinary graphic and web design firm. Sharon is the author of the forthcoming book Always Be Connecting: Building a World Class Client-Centric Organization and founder of the eventually-to-be-launched NYCTechHub.com. She attended Carnegie Mellon University and is an award-winning photographer and an avid traveler.
