About This Workshop
You're full of ideas, but how do you know which are worth working on? In the first half of the workshop, you'll learn how to use the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) philosophy to test and validate your ideas with the least amount of work required. The ultimate goal is to get to product/market fit. Take your idea and get moving in the right direction quickly and efficiently.
In the second portion of the workshop you'll learn how to identify the right metrics and KPIs to guide your product to continued success. Products are constantly evolving even after launching. Being able to measure your product's progress is critical to improving it.

About the Instructor
Aditi Joshi

Aditi is a Product Instructor Fellow at General Assembly and has taught hundreds of students at GA's part-time Product Management class. She has fifteen years of Product Management experience at companies across industries including Hearst Magazines, WebMD, MTV Networks and AOL.com. Currently, Aditi is responsible for Product Management at IMS Health, a leading worldwide provider of information, technology and services dedicated to making healthcare perform better. IMS Health had the third largest IPO on Wall Street in 2014. Previously, Aditi was Head of Product Development at an online health video startup in SoHo which was acquired in 2013. After hours, Aditi is Digital Director at Seth Moulton for Congress, which CNN and Roll Call have named one of the top five Congressional campaigns to watch in the nation. Aditi attended Yale University where she studied Computer Science and Psychology.
