Monday, November 19th from 6:00 - 7:30 pm
Ryan Hinchey, Business Development & Strategy Lead, Worry Free Labs
Jeremy Belcher, Senior Information Architect, Atmosphere BBDO
Need an awesome new design but can barely draw a circle in Photoshop”? Do you have an idea for a product you could sell right away but can’t build? Do you get overwhelmed when thinking about all of the moving pieces that go into building a web or mobile product?
Working with a 3rd party agency or freelancer to help design + develop your product can be what your company needs to get to market, and being fully prepared greatly enhances your chances of a successful relationship. In this class, we’ll teach you how to efficiently outsource part or all of your product, prepare for success, and educate yourself and your team in the process. More importantly, we’ll teach you to avoid the costly mistakes that almost every company makes in this process, allowing you to stay on course and on budget.
Student Takeaways:
- Learning what you need to know before you approach an agency
- Resources to educate yourself about the design and development process
- Ways to prepare your company and yourself to most efficiently use your resources, avoiding wastes of time and money
