Who hasn't wanted to design their own website at one time or another? Today it's easier than ever to learn how. In our introductory class, you'll begin by downloading the applications necessary to bring your designs to life. You'll learn the in's and out's of HTML and CSS: changing colors, fonts, layouts and the overall aesthetic of your site-in-progress. Near the end of the course you will be introduced to responsive design-- allowing you to create beautiful designs on ipads, mobile phones, desktops and everything in between. Leave with a basic personal website you can build upon well after the class ends.
This program is perfect for: aspiring UX/UI designers, graphic designers intimidated by front-end development, back-end developers who want to build up a front-end skillset, web design or related majors who are new to responsive design, entrepreneurs who want to build websites from scratch, anyone who wants to design online.
