Rent the Runway is an e-commerce platform that relies on reverse logistics to ensure customer happiness. Faith in data is vital to our success, and the Analytics team supports not only the executive team that is interested in business health, but also customer support, website feature teams, warehouse operations, and retail.

This talk will cover how we've evolved our pipeline over time to deal with infrastructure constraints, disparate data sources, and changing data sources/quality all while still serving reports and data back to the website with minimal downtime.

Bonus slides on how we've leveraged Luigi to ensure robust reporting without forcing non-technical analysts to learn Python.
