What's new with MySQL and MariaDB?

SheeriCabral, DBA at Mozilla, talks about what's coming for the MySQL ecosystem. Specifically, the new features on the MySQL 5.7 roadmap as well as the new capabilities that MariaDB 10 allows. (MariaDB 10 is expected to ship on April 2nd).
