His access to an array of social, cultural, professional, and economic circles, through his own unique experiences, allows for powerful collaboration and exchange. <BR></P>

He is the President and CEO of Equity Impact Group, Founder and Publisher of Abernathy, and a frequent speaker on the topics of workplace equity, global diversity, and multicultural millennial leadership. Willie also serves as Technical Lead of Seth Godin's altMBA program, a 4-week online workshop for high-performing individuals who want to level up and lead.</P>
