The week is filled withdemos, lectures, tours and a locavore dinner. The weeks events are distributed throughout four of the Five Boroughs where Collective members operate. Participants will have the opportunity to move from Harlem to the Bronx, Staten Island to Brooklyn.</P> <P><SPAN>The highlight of the AgTech Week will center on a locavore taco night hosted at the Farm on Kent (a green space next to the old Domino Factory) and prepared by Manhattan Agriculture (an underground meta-modern group of chefs and creatives). </SPAN></P> <P><STRONG>Eat Hyper Local Gourmet Food</STRONG></P> <P>locavore taco night hosted at the Farm on Kent (a green space next to the old Domino Factory) and prepared by Manhattan Agriculture (an underground meta-modern group of chefs and creatives). </P> <P>The menu will showcase hyper-local tilapia and fresh, pesticide-free produce grown/raised by the Collective within the boroughs.
