Please join your fellow International Culinary Center and French Culinary Institute alumni in celebration of commencement weekend and ICC's 30th Anniversary! Festivities will begin promptly at 11:30am and will include: Food in Media panel discussion moderated by Alan Richman, ICC Dean of Food Journalism and New Media and 15-time James Beard Award winner. Lunch reception featuring signature dishes from honored alumni, with special guests Antoine Schaefers and Christian Foucher - The French Culinary Institute's founding chef-instructors. Q & A with Dominique Ansel, creator of the Cronut and chef-owner of the award-winning Dominique Ansel Bakery in New York City. Demonstration by Chef Lars Williams '06, head of Research and Development at Noma in Denmark, named the world's best restaurant three years in a row by Restaurant magazine. Open only to the alumni for The French Culinary Institute and the International Culinary Center.
