Andri Snær Magnason, author of LoveStar (Seven Stories Press, November 20, 2012) is one of Iceland's most celebrated young writers. His novel LoveStar was named "Novel of the Year" by Icelandic booksellers and received the DV Literary Award and a nomination for the Icelandic Literary Prize. A recent starred review in Publisher's Weekly of LoveStar stated, “Orwell, Vonnegut, and Douglas Adams are felt on every page.”
Sean Ferrell's, author of The Man in the Empty Suit (Soho Press, February 2013) fiction has appeared in journals such as Electric Literature's "The Outlet" and The Adirondack Review. His short story "Building an Elephant" won The Fulton Prize. His debut novel Numb was published by Harper Perennial in 2010 and his second novel, The Man in the Empty Suit, will be published in February 2013 by Soho Press.
Stephen H. Segal, editor of Geek Wisdom; The Sacred Teachings of Nerd Culture (Quirk Books, 2011) is the Hugo Award–winning senior contributing editor to Weird Tales, the world's oldest fantasy/sci-fi/horror magazine, and an editor at Quirk Books. Stephen will be moderating the discussion.
