There has been much talk about bitcoin's ability to become a global ledger for all transactions but with the current ability to process 3 transactions per second (compared to Visa's 20,000) Bitcoin has a long way to go. Let's talk about the proposal from Gavin about Hard Forking bitcoin, the dangers surrounding the decision, and weather or not we believe bitcoin is too large to implement any more large scale changes.
