<P>Join us at the NYU Medical Center in Allumni Hall A on Monday, October 12 for a presentation by Dr. Jay Kranzler.</P>
<P>Dr. Kranzler has had a broad range of experiences in the life science industry since graduating with a joint MD/PhD in Psychiatry and Pharmacology from Yale University. Before joining Pfizer in 2013, he spent time as a consultant at McKinsey & Company and served as CEO for multiple biotechnology companies, including Cytel Corporation and Cypress Bioscience. He currently serves on the Executive Advisory Board for the NYU Entrepreneurial Institute and is an Adjunct Professor at the NYU School of Medicine.</P>
<P>On Monday, Dr. Kranzler will talk about some of the lessons he learned as he left his medical practice and ventured into the business world, and will share some of the trends that he has seen in the biotechnology and pharamceutical industry.</P>
