Creating a Control Point for the Cloud to Centralize Security in a De-Centralized World.

With the average company using 1,083 cloud services and 17% of data headed to cloud file-sharing services classified as sensitive, its no wonder that companies are looking to Cloud Access Security Brokers (CASB) to help them define what data goes to the cloud and how its accessed, shared, and protected. In this session well share stories from companies like Aetna, Comcast, DIRECTV, and Western Union that are using CASBs to create a control point for the cloud to centralize security policies in a world where users, devices, and data are increasingly decentralized.

John Reichard is security professional with 17 years of experience in the IT and Information Security space. Currently, John works with large, enterprise companiesto help them securely enable the cloud services that drive productivity and innovation in their business, while helping understand cloud usage, its associated risks and to protect the data.
