The Intermediate Excel: Formula and Functions workshop is designed for students who have mastered the material from the Excel at Excel workshop and are looking to build upon those skills. Given that there lacks an enforceable prerequisite, the workshop does review a few topics from the Excel at Excel workshop, including conditional math functions and basic reference functions, to ensure that all participants have the basic knowledge needed for the advance topics. Students will learn specialized functions and how to combine functions to achieve more advance tasks. Additionally, the workshop covers some more advance options in charts. Students that benefit the most are those looking to be more efficient with Excel

• Logical Functions


• Dynamic Name Ranges


• Advance Charts Topics


• Trendline


• Secondary Axis

• A review of basic formula writing, including when to use Absolute & Relative references


• Intermediate Formulas, such as VLookup, If, and Sumif


• How to create and modify Pivot Tables to analyze large quantities of data


• Improved chart functionality, including Trendlines and multi-axis charts
