INTRODUCTION

Are you looking to accelerate time to market, drive innovation, & dont want to spend the time & money to manage the platform (VM, OS, Middleware, Runtime)?
Bluemix is an open-standards, cloud-based platform to build Cloud native applications (web, mobile, big data, IoT), extend existing investments on premise, & shift workloads to the Cloud. Capabilities include Node.js, Swift, Mobile development, Docker, OpenStack, Apache Spark, dashDB, Git, Application Monitoring, as well as capabilities from ecosystem partners & open source all through an as-a-service model in the cloud.

Take the opportunity to build & deploy Healthcare & Life Sciences related applications consuming cognitive services like IBM Watson or connecting to NoSQL databases like mongoDB in a matter of hours on Bluemix!
As part of this workshop you will be able to understand Bluemix capabilities & help shape Bluemix with your input & feedback. See demos weve created & learn how to build & deploy on Bluemix.
