David has advised clients such as Goldman Sachs Special Situations Group, Icahn Enterprises, LLR Partners ($1.4b fund), Birch Hill Equity Partners (C$2B fund), and other institutional investors. He is also Founder and Chairman Emeritus of Harvard Business School Alumni Angels of Greater New York, the largest angel network on the East Coast. David led or co-led the first studies on disruption in the investing industry, private equity and venture capital deal origination, and how VCs create portfolio company value. He is a published author and frequent keynote speaker.

She is also Co-Head of the HBSCNY Entrepreneurship Division, which includes HBSCNY Alumni Angels, a leading NYC angel group, and Alums in the Alley, an HBSCNY initiative to build a supportive ecosystem for HBS entrepreneurs in NYC. Previously, Diana served as the Executive Director to HBSCNY Alumni Angels. Diana started her career in international finance at Bankers Trust. She then moved to the digital media industry, where she led business development at Hearst New Media and at the startup MaMaMedia. Diana holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA with honors in Economics from Harvard. She is a past Board Member of the US Squash Association, and a past Board Member of the Eagle Hill School. She lives in Riverside, CT with her husband and children.

Dan developed and implemented a successful mentoring program for founders/CEOs of companies in which HBSAANY members have invested. He has been an active angel investor with HBSAANY since its founding. Danis an entrepreneur who has started three different businesses.

Dan is a consultant who helps companies with breakthrough growth. He had a career at Bain, Accenture and for many years, including currently, his own practice. He has also held executive positions in two large corporations, most recently from 2003-2009in the Corporate Strategy department of IBM at Armonk headquarters. Dan has an MBA from HBS 75, and a BS in Engineering/Computer Science from Yale 72.
