Paul Hou is a Product Engineer working under the Ads & Pages organization at Facebook. He has worked on Facebooks suite of easy-to-use advertising tools (Lightweight Interfaces) as well as the growth of Pages Messaging to connect businesses and customers. He regularly gives talks to all types of audiences, in both academia and industry, about the impact of Facebook within the business world. Before Facebook, Paul worked at Bloomberg developing products for the financial sector. Paul is a graduate of the University of Michigan with dual degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. In his spare time, Paul is an avid ballroom dancer and concert junkie.

Chris Reganis a Software Engineer at Codecademy, the top online interactive program that offers free classes in a variety of programming and markup languages to over 24 million users.Prior to working on Codecademy's consumer-facing products, Chris was a Senior Software Engineer at HBO where he played a large role in developing the newest mobile experience of hbo.com. When he's not too busy revolutionizing the online world of education, Chris can be found talking about movies (or watching one).
