Randy represents numerous technology, new media, fashion, and other similarly situated start-up, venture-backed, and emerging companies at all stages of development. He also represents various investors, funds and family businesses that seek independent counsel. Randys practice focuses on corporate and strategic matters, which he employs as an outside general counsel for many of the firms clients.
Immediately prior to co-founding RK ADLER LLP, Randy was a corporate litigation attorney at the Manhattan office of Skadden, Arps, Meagher & Flom LLP. Randy attended the University of Richmond, the University of Queensland, and St. Johns University School of Law in Queens, New York.

In addition to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Mr. Davis consulted to Fortune 1000 and private equity clients on the strategic and financial attractiveness of acquisition targets at both Bain & Company and KPMG. Mark is an occasional Contributor to a number of industry new services, including Mashable, Silicon Alley Insider and CenterNetworks. In addition to creating content, he organizes events for entrepreneurs through the Columbia Venture Community. He is an Active Member of the venture community. Dane currently serves as CEO SumAll, a business he co-founded. Previously he has served as CEO Squarespace and CEO Sensenet. He's a serial entrepreneur having founded 6 startups over the course of his career, achieving 5 exits. He also is an advisor/ investor and board member to a dozen more companies.
