Topic: Experiment-based Decision Making: How to effectively apply Behavioral Science

Many of you have come across Daniel KahnemansThinking Fast and Slowor Richard Thalers and Cass SunsteinsNudge. Like many like-minded thinkers, youve probably challenged yourself to applying such behavioral insights to your organizations.

But how do you effectively do that?

How do you identify opportunities for behavioral science, how do you select interventions that change behavior, and perhaps most importantly, how do you know if the intervention works?

In his talk, Felix will address these challenges as he walks us through a three-step guide to applying Behavioral Science from ideation to experiment based implementation.
