Leaders have finally acknowledged the need for greater investment in female-led companies and increasing startup opportunities for women. Conversation is driving action. There are now more funding opportunities and inspiring content for female founders than ever before. However, there remains a great need to scale and sustain these efforts in a way that provides real revenue growth and materially significant exits for women entrepreneurs. We see many women succeed with initial funding and then hit a brick wall. Some of this is due to lack of key connections or scale expertise. Sometimes the wall is internal and built by a startup-success-narrative that implicitly disqualifies women who are working moms, unproven in tech or startups, or who havent had access to partners and experienced executives. We personally know rock-star women who feel trapped in this narrative. We also know investors and executives who want to be more supportive of female founded or led startups by offering up their experience, partnership and personal resources. That is why we are curating our community and synthesizing these efforts in a new way. We believe we will inspire women, remove obstacles, change the narrative, and set women on an accelerated path. We believe in real outcomes, and we believe in win-win scenarios for everyoneentrepreneurs, investors, and advisors. Our mission starts on November 2nd and we want you to join us.
