Hello Women in PM!

We're excited to take our next event to Tripping.com! A big shout out & thank you to our friend, Ann, Associate Product Manager at Tripping.com for co-hosting with us.

If you've never been to one of our events, PM Support Group is an informal discussion group where women in product management can share advice & challenges in an open, supportive, & honest environment. Product Managers from all stages of their careers attend our Meetups.

The Format

We informally discuss topics suggested by the attendees. Topics may be anything related to product management, from best practices in creating deliverables to higher-level career related topics or needing advice with a particular scenario. Depending on the number of attendees, we may break off into 2-3 groups to engage in discussion.

Examples of topics from previous events:

How do you prioritize besides going by "gut"?
How do you keep up with new domains/ stay relevant?

How do you convince management of the importance of good UX?

How do you find good UX designers?

How do you suggest your company to start women in leadership groups?

7:00 - 7:15: Mix & mingle -- well be there to help break the ice!

7:15 - 7:30: Suggest topics!

7:30 - 8:45: Small discussion groups

8:45 - 8:50: Open announcements time

8:50 - 9:15: More chatting & drinks

About Women in Product

Our goal is to create a forum for PMs to help one another, become better product people, make new friends & connections, & even just bitch about the things that stress us out. Many of us walk a lonely road as the sole Product Manager in our teams or companies, so banding together as a community is critical for our growth (and our sanity!).
