<P>How do you pitch effectively for online publications? The internet has allowed greater access to the contact information of commissioning editors and to publications' archives---how can these resources be used to effectively pitch freelance work? Is it possible to sustain oneself as a freelancer? We will discuss these questions and many more in an open, conversational Tow Tea this Thursday at 4 pm.</P>

Before taking a lucrative career turn into freelance writing, she was the editor of GOOD magazine.
