We'll hear from Rie about her work, then jump into a live interview and Q&A session that will cover a variety of topics, from management style, to personal development, to challenges facing non-citizen entrepreneurs in the US.

Rie is the co-founder of Material Wrld, a luxury fashion trade-in service that offers a seamless experience for women to refresh designer items in their wardrobe. Based in New York, the company was founded to help women feel great about their wardrobe by providing a smarter way to shop. Rie leads Acquisition, Partnerships, Marketing and PR. Prior to Material Wrld, Rie was a Manager in Digital Marketing at Coach, where she managed digital content production and launched the flash sale site for Coach. Prior to Coach, she co-founded Street Canvas, an online crowd-sourced apparel brand startup based in Tokyo which she led as CEO. She was the head of Global Public Relations Team at Mitsubishi Corporation, Japans largest trading and investment company. Rie holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and received her BA from Sophia University in Tokyo.
