Matthew Loper

Co-Founder & CEO, Wellth

Matt is the CEO & Co-Founder of Wellth. Before founding Wellth, Matt worked as a healthcare investment banker at Goldman Sachs & healthcare investor at OrbiMed Advisors. It was while working at these companies that Matt came up with the idea for Wellth. Matt realized that while the shift to Value-Based Care aligned incentives for payers & providers, it left out a key stakeholder in the equation: the patient. Specifically, Matt knew that in order for VBC to succeed, we needed to focus on aligning patient incentives as well. Combining his interest in behavioral economics with his expertise in healthcare, Matt founded Wellth in order to improve patient outcomes in an increasingly value-based healthcare environment by using incentives to improve patients adherence to treatment plans. Matt received his BS in Biological Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Wellth is a health technology company that helps patients with chronic diseases change their behaviors so they get better faster. We apply behavioral economics through scalable technology to achieve better adherence, engagement, & health. At the same time, we also improve care manager efficiency so they can deliver more effective, higher touch care.

Nathan Ie

Founder & CEO, Parable Health

Nathan Ie is a former Google Product Manager & Harvard MBA grad, with a background in product management, software development, sales, & operations. After leading projects in customer engagement & integrations for Googles Enterprise division, Nathan decided to bring his skillset to the digital health space (a passion of his that arose out of caring for a parent for the greater part of the past 15 years). Nathan received his BS in Information & Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine.

Parable Health is an NYC-based digital health company focused on reducing the human & financial cost of wound care through standardization & automation across the continuum of wound care.

April Koh

Founder & CEO, Spring

April Koh is founder & CEO of Spring. April dropped out of Yale her junior year to found her first start-up, Spylight. April raised $5M of seed capital for Spylight & launched the product on the front pages of Reddit, ProductHunt, & Elite Daily. April founded her second venture Spring with the inventor of Springs proprietary technology, Adam Chekroud, & friend Abhishek Chandra with the mission to eliminate trial-and-error in behavioral healthcare. April is deeply passionate about mental health: in her free time, April serves on the board of the APAs Innovation Lab & volunteers for Crisis Text Line as a crisis counselor.
