Product Management is one of the most coveted jobs in the tech industry these days. Its a job that can require a ton of hard work and responsibility (overseeing anything and everything related to your teams product), but in exchange can bring a lot of reward (delighting users!). Its also often one of the most misunderstood, perhaps because product management can mean so many different things across different companies.
