Facilitating activities (design thinking based and beyond) with your team or community can lead to more team collaboration, greater team capacity, and productive communication with your community. This intro class answers what is facilitation? and will demystify why you facilitate collaboration, your role as a facilitator, when to prepare a facilitated collaborative session and how to build it around your own style.
