Central Park Conservancy partners with Jazzmobile to present the popular Great Jazz on the Great Hill festival. This year's lineup is a mix of jazz, swing, and blues, featuring the George Gee Swing Orchestra, legendary blues guitarist Ray Schinnery, vocalist Ebony Jo-Ann, and the King Solomon Hicks Quintet. George Gee has more than 35 years of big band music under his belt, while Hicks has been bringing his act to jazz staples like the Cotton Club since he was thirteen. Bring a date for dancing and a picnic to enjoy. Or, purchase food from a variety of food trucks, including Kimchi Taco, Uncle Gussy's Greek, and CoolHaus Gourmet Ice Cream Sandwiches. Family activities take place throughout the event.
