NYC Python (@nycpython) and Softbank Capital (http://www.softbank.com), are proud to present a night of short talks on Python in Finance on Thursday, September 4.

Doors will open at 6:30, and the workshops will begin at 7.

RSVPS will open on Thursdsay, August 21.

Our (tentative line-up - subject to change):

Dr Mark Higgins (CEO, http://www.washingtonsquaretech.com/) will be speaking on the use of Python in big investment banks.

Prof Alain Ledon (Baruch MFE) will be speaking on applications of quantitative finance to sports betting in the NFL.

Alim Gafar (long-time NYC Python member!) will be speaking on the use of Python for managing personal finances.
