About This Workshop
Great startups often come from founders who had their idea while working a separate job. In this class, youll develop a clear, 30-day roadmap to evaluate your potential startup idea without quitting your job. Along the way, youll learn how to drastically mitigate the risks involved in pursuing your idea & put yourself in the best possible position to succeed.
Takeaways
- Identify a few core hypotheses, then create a minimum viable product that cheaply & quickly validates or disproves these hypotheses.
- Learn how to evaluate product/market fit & create personas to represent core customer segments.
- Define goal-oriented milestones that include solving a specific problem, acquiring customers, testing hypotheses, defining success, & eventually building a team & understanding funding needs.
- Make an informed go / no go decision on your startup idea.
