Community Managers are on the frontline, balancing the needs of customers, dealing with members of the company and leading the way when it comes to social business.

This panel will have community managers representing agencies, brands, media, and showcasing both enterprise and small businesses.

Todd is Mashable's Associate Community Manager. He holds a master's degree from New York University, where he studied digital journalism and innovation at Studio 20. Before moving to New York, he was a producer for the annual Mission Creek Festival in Iowa City, where he also covered the local music scene. He has a B.A. in English from Colby College.

Edward's background in communications, marketing and social media over that past decade positions him to transform employee communities into hubs of creativity and discovery. In doing so, Edward fosters an increasingly collaborative culture that can drive innovation and business results. 

Always eager to connect with other community managers, Edward attends and speaks at conferences on the topic. Outside of his day job, Edward serves on the Board of Directors for INROADS NY/NJ, an internship program for underserved youth. He's also active in the INROADS Alumni Association both locally and globally.

Edward and his wife Tanya are the proud parents of twin daughters Bria + Brielle. The couple met while attending their alma mater Boston College.
