Sabrina is a product design manager currently focused on improving the mobile app experience atBuzzFeed. Prior to BuzzFeed she has also designed apps for Venmo, Miso, and Intuit. Beyond designing actual products she's also passionate about helping to build strong design teams and design cultures in companies.

Many companies love to proclaim they're mobile first, but for many older and established companies this is easier said than done. Sabrina will discuss how BuzzFeed's mobile strategy has evolved and grown over time and how the design team has gotten the rest of the company, outside of the mobile team itself, to become invested in and care about mobile products and keep mobile in mind in their own disciplines.
