<P><STRONG><SPAN>InterCommunity is an annual event, now in its fourth year, where the Internet Societys 110+ chapters & 80k+ members participate in a global meetup, as regional nodes take it in turns to present local news, & discuss global issues. Anyone may participate online, but certain Chapters mount interactive nodes. In 2017 NYC has the honor to represent the North America Region.</SPAN></STRONG></P>

<P>Preceding Intercommunity's kick off will be the launch of the <STRONG>Internet Society's<A HREF="https://www.internetsociety.org/future-internet" TARGET="_blank" REL="noopener noreferrer noopener nofollow noopener noreferrer nofollow nofollow noreferrer nofollow">2017 Global Internet Report</A></STRONG>. On this 25th anniversary, the report has the theme '<SPAN>'Paths to our Digital Future' and</SPAN> focuses on how the Internet may develop over the next 25 years. This report will be InterCommunity's primary topic.
