At whatever stage your startup is in, whether it be the idea stage or the funding stage, we welcome you to join in and practice your pitch! Startup Pitch Night provides the platform to practice and improve your pitch in a relaxed and peer-review environment.

Q: How do we apply to pitch at Pitch Night?
A: You can signup to pitch at the event. No online registration required.
Q: What is the dress code?
A: Feel free to dress as you wish. Typically, there's everything from very casual to highly professional and everything in-between.
Q. Does everyone pitch?
A. No! There is always a nice mix of startup founders and co-founders (some opt to pitch, some don't), web designers and developers, service providers, and business/technology professionals/students that attend our events.
60 Second Pitches. Here is the suggested format that we recommend you use:
* Who are you and what is your background? (5-10 seconds)
* What is the problem that your product is solving? Or, begin with a story. (10-20 seconds)
* Explain the product and how it solves the problem. (10-20 seconds)
* Who do you need on your team (a developer, marketing, designer)? (5-10 Seconds)

Malcolm will talk about how to brand yourself as a new startup, how to work within a budget for branding, and how to make your brand successful. He's spoken at 100's of seminars and conferences.
Malcolm is a highly experienced and savvy brand strategist and marketer. He recently launched a new firm, Utility NYC, with two experienced agency partners from Momentum and Group M.
During his time as the EVP of Brand & Business Development at TuneCore, the world’s largest digital music distribution company, he worked with brands to develop immersive and engaging music experiences.
In his time at Relevent Partners as the SVP of Branded Entertainment, Malcolm worked with clients including: Heineken, Nike, Marriott Renaissance Hotels, Gilt.com, Victoria’s Secret PINK, Time Warner Cable, Diageo (Don Julio Tequila, Johnnie Walker, Smirnoff Vodka), Moet Hennessy USA (Belvedere Vodka, Hennessy) and Stoli Vodka.
