<H2>Please join Hackerati at <EM>Leaping Up and Over</EM> (LUAO), the first in a series of events aimed to foster immediate, meaningful traction for Women in Tech.</H2>

<P>Over the past several years there has been significant momentum raising awareness about Women in Technology. Now is the time for action. The evenings topics and activities are designed to inspire attendees to define what they personally aspire to Leap Up and Over, and to create peer groups that share similar goals, which will co-commit and support one anothers actions.</P>
<P><BR></P>
<P>The event will feature a cocktail reception, Lightning Talks by speakers that will share their distinct experiences with LUAO, followed by breakout huddles led by subject leaders and mentors.</P>

<H2><SPAN><STRONG>Breakout Huddles</STRONG></SPAN></H2>
<P><SPAN>Attendees will have the opportunity to dive further into the LUAO theme and angles through conversation with their peers, the speakers and other subject leaders (Co-founders, CTOs, Diversity & Inclusion executives) and shape their own LUAO goal. Attendees will then be invited to post their personal goal to the LUAO wall.</SPAN></P>

<H2><SPAN><STRONG>Follow-up</STRONG></SPAN></H2>
<P><SPAN><SPAN><SPAN>From the LUAO wall, Hackerati will shape groups and follow up after the event with a shared document of their goals, suggested tasks and timelines to support their achievements, and a dedicated Slack channel for ongoing team communication and encouragement.</SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></P>
