Join Mashable and BMW i on Nov. 15 during the BMW i Born Electric Tour as we discuss the city of the future. Held in the heart of Manhattan, we're bringing together thought leaders from startups, academia and government to explore how technology is transforming our lives as part of the ongoing Global Innovation Series.
Mashable's founder and CEO, Pete Cashmore, will speak to emerging digital trends that will shape our lives in the coming years. Startup founders will discuss how various technologies, such as augmented reality, NFC and mobile payments, can be applied to revolutionize city living. Representatives from the Mayor's Office, NYU, Columbia and Cornell NYC Tech will discuss how urban campuses, and the bright minds that fill them, are leading the charge when it comes to urban innovation.
Along with inspiring content sessions, we'll take you on a private tour of the latest BMW i products. To close the evening, at 8:00 p.m. there will be a cocktail reception with hors d' oeuvres.
