Lean is about continuously improving how you eliminate the waste that prevents the delivery of high quality products to customers when they need them.

What metrics should you focus on to ensure that you are doing this? Are you sure that gathering your organization's metrics aren't waste, distracting you and your team from this? (I'm looking at you, Story Points!)

I will share the principles I use for distinguishing between useful/useless metrics, and describe the metrics that I find essential in my organization. Then, we will break up into smaller Lean Coffee groups to discuss the topic further and regroup to teach each other what we've learned.
