Description
Vator, one of the largest business networks dedicated to high-tech entrepreneurs and investors, is looking to recognize and 10 promising startups across on stage at Vator Splash NY on December 5th, 2012 at Le Poisson Rouge in NYC.

The competition consists of several rounds. The first two rounds consists of a popular vote, in which vote points are also given, based on the founders' experience, investors of the company and recommendations. This round is followed by a judges' round, in which 15 to 18 top vote getters will enter. The judges consist of high-profile angels and VCs, whose collective votes and a percentage of the popular votes will determine the top 10 finalists.
VC's from FirstMark Capital, RRE Ventures, Metamorphic Ventures, Founder Collective, ff Venture Capital, and MentorTech Ventures have been confirmed as judges with more to come.
