Sign up for our awesome New York Tech Events weekly email newsletter.     LOCATION EVENT DETAILS The Innovation & Design team at the NYC Mayors Office of Operations is redesigning the citys public benefits portal, ACCESS NYC. Were taking a human-centered design approach to imagine the next iteration of benefits access in the city. The scope of this project covers UX, information design and the creation of new tools to allow the city and civic tech community to easily use program and eligibility data. Weve been busy testing our prototype out with New Yorkers inside and outside of city government. Were excited to share our findings with the Civic Hall community and are ready to gather feedback from the community on how to make this an effective tool for New Yorkers.
