3 Days Startup NYC is happy to invite you to attend their final pitches. Final pitches are presentations marking the culmination of 50 hours of collaborative work by 45 talented university students. They are the opporunity to hear the announcement of 5 new startups to the world.
WHAT IS 3DS NYC?
3 Day Startup (3DS) NYC is an learning experience in entrepreneurship intended to bring the ideas of university students into reality. The program is a ‘living entrepreneurship laboratory’ guided by mentors to help students launch scalable technology companies.
WHO PARTICIPATES IN 3DS NYC?
• Freshmen to freshly-minted MBAs
• Undergraduate students to Ph.D.s
• From any universtiy institution in the NYC area
• Anyone with an idea and with a passion to bring it to reality
• Anyone with a dormant entrepreneur inside
WHAT IS EXPECTED AT 3DS NYC?
• Bootcamp: Orientation to lean startup concepts, business model canvass
• Day 1 - Friday: Brainstorming venture ideas, hearing mentor feedback, voting on best ideas
• Day 2 - Saturday: Collaboration, prototype development, customer interaction, market research
• Day 3 - Sunday: Presentation of product and business model to serial entrepreneurs, venture capitalists and industry experts for feedback
