In his current role as the SVP, Digital Customer Experience, Ali is part of the digital leadership team transforming Citibanks global digital presence. He has led digital customer experience strategy on all devices across touch points and is currently responsible for heading up Citis global UX research and omnichannel digital listening function.

Brad is a venture capitalist, business development executive, and professional networker.He is the founder and managing partner of Scout Ventures,a venture capital firm that enables entrepreneurs to build great businesses by providing the strategic support and capital necessary to grow and reach new markets. Harrison specializes in early stage companies with a focus on media, technology, and entertainment. He holds three US patents in the search space, is a Distinguished Honor Graduate from the United States Military Academy at West Point,and has an MBA in New Product and Venture Development from the MIT Sloan School of Management.He resides in New York City with his wife, Angie; son, Elvis; and daughter, Scout.
