Nina Yankowitz is an artist who infuses interactive games and social networking tools into virtual, robotic, and/or 3d projection installations. Her recent Criss~Crossing The Divine was exhibited at Guild Hall Art Museum summer 2014. Robotic Devotees-in-motion invited people to play her games with interactive wands and explore the database of 46,000 scriptures from five diverse Faiths. Other installations and 3D projections are excavations designed to stretch commonly accepted definitions by blurring edges between solid and fictive places that question the real-to-reel. Her 3D video portrait installations depict environmental upheavals caused by the aftermath of unpredictable global warming weather conditions. Her work has been displayed at the Museum Quarter and KunstHalle in Vienna, at theThessaloniki Biennale, Greece; the Museum of Modern Art in Kiev; ISEA2012; Katowice Academy of Art Museum, Poland; Katonah Museum of Art; the Bass Museum, Miami; Maryland Museum of Fine Arts; and the Whitney Museum of American Art, among others.

Seamlessly melding imagery from art history, mainstream video games, and contemporary advertising, Jonathan Monaghan's sculptures, prints and video installations are unreal explorations of power, wealth, and the role of technology. His absurd, yet compelling narratives take shape through sleek animated videos, which have been exhibited and screened at the BFI Southbank in London, the Eyebeam Art & Technology Center in New York, the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in Bentonville, and the Hirshhorn Museum in Washington D.C. Jonathan was artist-in-residence at MakerBot Industries and has received awards from the DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities, Foundation for Contemporary Arts in New York.
