The Mixing Bowl will bring together start-ups, key industry players, investors & representatives from leading global food & agriculture innovation hubs at our flagship event in Mountain View, CA. This year, FOOD IT will focus on the theme of Fork to Farm. Traditionally, we have always viewed our food system from the perspective of the farm to the fork, but now technology is enabling the consumer's fork to become mightier than the producers' farm. Join us as we explore this shift in power caused by the rise of the tech-enabled food consumer, its upstream production & supply implications as well as downstream societal consequences.
