<P STYLE="margin: 0px 0px 10px; padding: 0px;">Open to all participants, the online challenge will be accessible for 48 hours from July 11 to July 12, 2015.</P>
<P STYLE="margin: 0px 0px 10px; padding: 0px;">In order to fully complete the online challenge, participants will need to register with HackerRank and finish the following two steps:</P>
<P STYLE="margin: 0px 0px 10px; padding: 0px;">1.<A STYLE="color: #007ac2; text-decoration: none; height: 100px; width: 180px; overflow: hidden; display: inline; position: relative;" HREF="https://www.hackerrank.com/" TARGET="_blank" REL="nofollow"><STRONG>Visit HackerRank</STRONG></A>to solve programmatic questions that span multiple computer science technologies (estimated two to three hours in duration).</P>
<P STYLE="margin: 0px 0px 10px; padding: 0px;">2. After completing the HackerRank portion, access the Pymetrics website via the link provided at the end of the HackerRank test to play a fun analytical game (estimated 45 minutes in duration).</P>

<P STYLE="margin: 0px 0px 10px; padding: 0px;">Top participants in the online challenge will receive invitations to the in-person challenge in New York, NY. The in-person challenge will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on July 25.</P>
<P STYLE="margin: 0px 0px 10px; padding: 0px;">Participants in the in-person challenge will be placed in to teams. The teams will be provided with a set of business use cases and asked to provide solutions using whichever technologies they prefer among the following:</P>

<P STYLE="margin: 0px 0px 10px; padding: 0px;">Technical mentors from New York Life will work closely with the teams to ensure team members have the necessary tools and information about the use cases.</P>
<P STYLE="margin: 0px 0px 10px; padding: 0px;">At the end of the in-person challenge, teams will pitch their ideas and solutions as a presentation, or provide a demo, to a panel of judges, who will select the winners based on the solutions presented.</P>
