<P><SPAN><STRONG><SPAN>If you are an entrepreneur</SPAN></STRONG><SPAN>in a startup that is currently seeking capital & would like to present your best two-minute (time limit is strictly enforced) elevator pitch to a panel of Angels, you must follow the instructions below.<EM>Pitching slots go quickly, so sign up early!</EM></SPAN></SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN><STRONG><SPAN>To Present a Pitch</SPAN></STRONG></SPAN></P>
<UL>
<LI><SPAN><SPAN>You must register in advance;</SPAN></SPAN></LI>
<LI><SPAN><SPAN>Presenters are assigned on a first-come basis;</SPAN></SPAN></LI>
<LI><SPAN><SPAN>Slot availability is<EM>confirmed through email, when you receive Eventbrite email confirmation</EM></SPAN></SPAN></LI>
<LI><SPAN><SPAN>The maximum number of presenters is 10, plus</SPAN></SPAN></LI>
<LI><SPAN><SPAN>4 "no guarantee" Standby slots.</SPAN></SPAN></LI>

<P><SPAN>Your pitch is two minutes,<EM>timing is strictly enforced</EM>, no handouts, cards, demos or samples allowed during or immediately after your presentation.</SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN>Your pitch is followed by 4 minutes of Q&A by the panel; & 4 minutes of non-rebuttal feedback from each panelist. Only one person from the company may present the (2) minute pitch to the investors & answer questions from the panel.</SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN><STRONG><EM><SPAN>Entrepreneurs not yet ready to pitch or unable to reserve a pitch slot are encouraged register & attend.</SPAN></EM></STRONG><SPAN>By listening to the pitches, the Q&A, & the critiques you learn the key points required to develop an effective pitch that investors value. You also have the opportunity to network with investors person to person at the event.</SPAN></SPAN></P>
<P><STRONG><SPAN></SPAN></STRONG></P>
<P><SPAN><SPAN><STRONG>If you are an investor</STRONG>, come & listen to the entrepreneur's pitches--you never know where you'll find your next deal. Learn how other investors rate the pitches; which Angels pass & for what reasons; & which entrepreneurs other Angels want to talk to ASAP.</SPAN></SPAN></P>
