Description

This month, we'll be doing a deep dive into the growing food e-commerce sector. Meet, mingle, and hear from five group members about how how their companies are revolutionizing the way food gets sold online.

Demos:

  • Ordrin is a Google Ventures-backed restaurant commerce API allowing entirely new ways for restaurants and consumers to connect and transact. Contact: @ordrin / info@ordrin.com.
  • Blue Apron makes cooking fun and easy by delivering everything you need to cook a meal in the right proportions. Contact: @BlueApronMeals / @mattsalz / matt@blueapron.com.
  • Chop Chop Go simplifies meal planning and shopping by seamlessly finding recipes, matching products to online grocers, and arranging delivery. Contact: @go_chop / un@chopchopgo.com.
  • Farmigo provides an additional outlet for farmers to sell directly to consumers, as well as providing communities an additional outlet to access the best food available. Contact: @farmigo.

Food & Drinks: 4Food we will be extending their happy hour for all attendees until 10:30PM featuring $3 beers and sangrias and $5 Chef Build Burgers. Huge thanks to them for hosting us!
