<P STYLE="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; line-height: normal;"><EM><SPAN STYLE="font-size: 12pt;"><STRONG>Matthew Owens</STRONG><BR> Matt is the Executive Director of Harlem Biospace - a hub for life science ventures in NYC. Before this he was an early team member of the NYC-based global education start-up General Assembly and helped spearhead GA's first programs in NYC and Los Angeles. Prior to GA, he worked as a strategy consultant with Stax, Inc. in Boston and as an analyst for SF-based start-up Gratio Capital. Matt has also worked with the founding teams of several science based ventures including Agile Sciences and Innova Dynamics. He is a graduate of the Management and Technology and Integrated Product Design (MSE) programs at the University of Pennsylvania. In Philadelphia, Matt served on the board of Philly Startup Leaders and as an Engagement Manager for the cleantech practice of Wharton's Small Business Development Center. He is an avid runner and when not at Harlem Biospace he can likely be found running through the city.</SPAN></EM></P>

<P STYLE="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; line-height: normal;"><EM><SPAN STYLE="font-size: 12pt;">Eliot brings 15 years of experience focused on medical device start-ups in Silicon Valley. Eliot is the founder of Pepper5 LLC, a NYC based startup developing devices to treat gastrointestinal conditions. Prior to Pepper5, Eliot has helped transform a number of garage startups into thriving growth stage companies. Most recently, Eliot led the development of an innovative renal denervation system at Maya Medical, acquired by Covidien plc in 2012. His experience includes development of minimally invasive devices to treat cardiovascular and peripheral vascular disease, gastrointestinal disorders, and hypertension. Eliot holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.<BR><BR><STRONG>Diyong Xu</STRONG></SPAN></EM></P>
<P STYLE="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; line-height: normal;"><EM><SPAN STYLE="font-size: 12.0pt; color: #222222;">Diyong Xu is an Associate on the Private Equity team. Prior to joining OrbiMed, Mr. Xu was an investment banking analyst in the healthcare group at Lazard where he focused on M&A, financing and strategic advisory for biotech, diagnostics and pharma clients in U.S., Japan and E.U. Mr. Xu earned his M.S. degree in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University and M.S. degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Dartmouth Medical School. He holds a B.S. degree in Biology from Zhejiang University in China.</SPAN></EM></P>

He is also a consultant with Defined Health, which provides business development strategy expertise for pharma and biotech clients. In his previous role as Associate Director of BDL for PharmaMar S.A.,Joelwas instrumental in the scouting and evaluation of US licensing and partnering opportunities for the European markets.Joelholds a BA in Biology from Cornell University and a PhD in Chemistry from UC San Diego.</SPAN></EM></P>
